Une lecture textuelle de la violence cachée dans le discours idéologique écrit : L’écriture et la différence comme exemple

Abstract

Since there is a close affinity between ideology and written discourse, this study chose to trace the relationship between the discourse of Jacques Derrida – as manifested in his Writing and Difference – and intertextuality that involves some forms of ideology. By taking stock of a number of excerpts, it will discern traces of violence which demonstrate that Derrida ideologizes his text while deleting some other viewpoints and setting his own points of view so that they are consistent with his objectives and deconstructive approach. Bearing in mind the triangular relationship between writer, identity and ideology, this study will demonstrate the deconstructive approach of reading/ analyzing a text before rebuilding/ re-writing it.
